Kassel / Aachen. Users of the document management software ecoDMS Archiv can now also automatically archive incoming invoices from the invoice management solution GetMyInvoices in the system. To do this, the programmers at GetMyInvoices have connected their solution to the ecoDMS server via ecoDMS API Rest Service - a win-win situation.
GetMyInvoices helps to automate accounting. The software automatically retrieves incoming invoices from more than 3000 online portals and email inboxes, reading information such as the invoice date and total. Paper receipts can also be entered using a smartphone or tablet. All invoices are saved in the central receipt management system and can be conveniently managed there. This also includes synchronizing invoices with other systems, online accounting systems and the tax advisor. The new interface means a further increase in connectivity. “GetMyInvoices customers now also have the option of storing their incoming invoices in an inexpensive document management system and archiving all documents relevant to them in one system,” explains Björn Kahle, Managing Director of fino data services GmbH, provider of GetMyInvoices.
Users of ecoDMS, in turn, benefit from the additional use of GetMyInvoices. They can automatically transfer the invoices stored in GetMyInvoices to ecoDMS. Björn Kahle says: “They hardly have to put in any more effort and can invest the resources that they previously had to use to collect receipts in their core business.”
Michael Schmitz, one of the managing directors of ecoDMS GmbH, is also pleased about this. He explains: “We offer our customers a wide range of functions with a unique licensing model. The link with GetMyInvoices has increased this even further.” GetMyInvoices is an ideal addition to the application area of ecoDMS Archiv, which is to archive all documents generated in the company in a legally compliant manner, to manage them conveniently and to find them quickly and easily.
