Lübeck/Gescher. The invoice management solution GetMyInvoices now automatically transfers documents to the file sharing and archiving solution foxdox from the ECM software manufacturer d.velop. The developers have created an interface for this that can be set up in just a few steps in the backend of GetMyInvoices under “Synchronization”. Foxdox users can therefore import numerous documents without any manual effort.
“GetMyInvoices automatically retrieves invoices and other documents from more than 10,000 online portals and saves them in a central document management system,” says Björn Kahle, COO of fino, a fintech startup that offers the invoice management software GetMyInvoices. The software also imports bank statements, invoices from emails, and documents that have been scanned or stored in various online storage locations. This allows users to save and organize all documents in one place with little initial effort. The special thing about it: From the central document management system, the desired documents can be automatically transferred to a variety of other solutions. These include, for example, accounting software, document management systems, and cloud storage. “GetMyInvoices is therefore a central hub for all documents and helps companies to implement their document-based processes efficiently,” explains Björn Kahle.
“Foxdox users can automatically import any document from GetMyInvoices, depending on which one they need for their workflow,” adds Alexander Zirl, Managing Director of d.velop business services GmbH, and explains: “Foxdox offers secure storage and legally compliant archiving, management and file sharing of all types of documents.” Users have the option of archiving the documents collected from GetMyInvoices in an audit-proof manner using foxdox-dms. In addition, the documents can be shared with business partners and customers, published or taken offline via foxdox-share.
The advantages of the interface are obvious: foxdox users work even more efficiently with the help of GetMyInvoices. Since manual document entry is no longer necessary, fewer errors occur. Time and costs are also saved.
