All clients at a glance

Florian Reichardt uses the multi-client enterprise version of GetMyInvoices for his work. He can use this to invite and activate users to collaborate. The accountant has access to the linked accounts - around 20 in number - via the dashboard. He can also manage his own account. He has also connected around 30 different customer portals for the Reichardt accounting service so that all invoices that arrive through them are automatically imported into GetMyInvoices. He uses the banking module to assign payments to receipts. In addition, the outgoing invoices are collected in GetMyInvoices. The accountant scans receipts such as hospitality and postage receipts using the associated app on his smartphone, so that all documents can be found in GetMyInvoices - as can those of his clients. From there they are forwarded to the accounting software from sevDesk and lexoffice or to DATEV, depending on which solution the respective client uses. This means that forgotten documents or documents submitted too late are a thing of the past. GetMyInvoices gives him time for other projects.

Imparting knowledge via online courses

This includes an online course he created to share his experiences with GetMyInvoices. Under the title “Automated accounting” The long-haired accountant shows how entrepreneurs and freelancers can set up GetMyInvoices and save at least an hour of time and money every month. Besides, he has one Accounting Kickstart Workshop created. Participants will learn how they can automate their accounting. The result: Almost all of his clients for whom the invoice management software is suitable have created an account. You no longer have to prepare the accounting extensively and can concentrate on your day-to-day business - exactly in line with the philosophy of Reichardt accounting services. He also has the freedom to enable more clients to benefit from revolutionary accounting and to make plans. Florian Reichardt is already thinking about what useful tools he can give his clients.
