Users of GetMyInvoices can now benefit from even less effort for managing receipts than before. Because we cooperate with my-vpa, a provider of high-quality virtual personal assistance. As part of the collaboration, GetMyInvoices customers can book qualified assistants at my-vpa who will support them flexibly on an hourly basis with various tasks. GetMyInvoices customers get an hour free with their first hourly package booking.
“The assistants can relieve companies of the burden of document processing and checking, among other things,” explains Björn Kahle, COO of fino, and says: “These are services that round off our offering perfectly.” Because GetMyInvoices loads documents from more than 10,000 online portals , email inboxes and third-party solutions such as invoice creation tools and cloud storage automatically into a central document management and reads out relevant data such as invoice number, invoice amount and invoice date. Scanned receipts are also imported so that all invoices are securely stored in a central location. Previously, the automatically extracted information had to be compared with the data in the PDF documents and corrected if necessary before GetMyInvoices automatically transferred it to the accounting solution or another tool. Now companies can delegate these – and other – activities to a virtual assistant in just a few steps.
Easy collaboration
“Our virtual assistants support individual entrepreneurs, start-ups, medium-sized companies and large companies in the areas of office management, back office, marketing, front desk, sales and design,” explains Luis Miranda, Co-Founder & Head of Business Development at my-vpa GmbH. The big advantage is that entrepreneurs do not have to actively acquire or manage staff or external service providers themselves. “We do this for you,” says Luis Miranda. my-vpa assigns permanent assistants to customers who have the skills required for the respective task. The customer books an hourly package and can – depending on their needs – draw on the potential of a community of more than 150 assistants. There is neither a long contractual commitment nor are there any additional wage costs. my-vpa operates GDPR-compliant and transparently. Collaborating with the assistants is easy. Communication and control take place via a mobile app.
Collaboration in GetMyInvoices is also incredibly easy. Users of our invoice management solution can invite the virtual assistants to their account with just a few clicks. All you have to do is define in the settings which role and therefore which rights you want to assign to the new user and enter their email address. Regardless of their location, the assistants then log into the GetMyInvoices backend via a web browser and gain access to the receipts. Of course, you don’t just have the opportunity to check documents. You can also be tasked with other tasks that arise within the company or specifically as part of the workflow. These include, for example: B. tagging and thus assigning documents to different positions as well as reconciling payments. This means that companies can save even more time on administrative tasks than before and focus even more on their core competencies.
