We have also implemented two-factor authentication in the invoice-management solution. When we have questions or issues — which is rare thanks to the very intuitive UI — we get excellent support from GetMyInvoices. When we introduced the solution we also set up a central email address for receiving invoices. Since then GetMyInvoices automatically collects our invoices from portals and emails, saving us at least one full-time equivalent in working time. At the same time the rate of missing documents has dropped sharply and is now below 0.5%.

Every incoming document is reviewed by us inside GetMyInvoices using the four-eyes principle, which also clearly improves processing quality. The two people involved tag the invoices with tags that store their names. After that review the invoices are automatically handed over via a workflow to the DATEV booking data service and reach our tax adviser, who also handles our accounting. Thanks to GetMyInvoices we can now run our accounts-payable processes optimally.

Our tax adviser is also glad we use GetMyInvoices, because they receive all invoices from us complete and on time and can process them quickly. They were also able to cut the time spent preparing our monthly management accounts on the payables side by about half, which of course saves us money too.”
