anybill and GetMyInvoices ensure digital receipt transfer from the retailer to the accountant

anybill: Digital receipt transfer from the retailer to the accountant

Despite the obligation to issue receipts that has been in effect since the beginning of 2020, analog receipts with anybill and GetMyInvoices are a thing of the past. Anybill, an app for digital receipts, now has an interface to our invoice management solution. This means that receipts can be transferred completely digitally from their creation to their posting.

With anybill, retailers, restaurant owners and other companies have the opportunity to issue receipts and invoices to their customers digitally on their smartphones. Printing on environmentally harmful thermal paper and unnecessary mountains of waste are thus avoided. To do this, customers download the free app App Store or. Google Play Store Download and open the application in the anybill partner store. A QR code will then be displayed there, which must be scanned at the checkout. The receipts are then stored centrally at anybill and the customer can access them directly via the app. This means you always have the right receipt with you – whether for a return of the product, an exchange or warranty service.

Automatic transfer to other solutions

Using the new interface to GetMyInvoices, receipts that arise, for example, from purchases, in restaurants or when refueling, can be automatically transferred to our invoice management solution. These no longer have to be photographed as before, but are immediately available in the central document management - together with all other documents that are automatically retrieved from customer portals, extracted from emails and imported from third-party solutions. The OCR integrated in GetMyInvoices reads all relevant data and standards such as X-Rechnung are supported.

Once you have arrived in GetMyInvoices, many other options open up that are interesting for field staff and business travelers, but also for the self-employed. For example, the documents can be assigned to categories and archived so that they can be easily found again at any time via a web browser by all authorized persons, for example at the company headquarters. They can also be forwarded to other solutions automatically – or after approval. These include accounting systems, document management systems and cloud storage. This means that it is not only possible to transfer receipts completely digitally from the moment they are created to the moment they are posted, but it can also be done with almost no effort - as long as pulling out your smartphone once at the checkout really means effort. ?
